Horrible
Our ceiling in the unit has leaked 5 times during our stay and all the The Arboretum does is "paint over" the damage. No one has opened the ceiling to see where the leaks are coming from! Please don't give me that generic reply as to "we'll love to speak with you regarding the issue". We are concerned about mold from sitting water in our ceiling and also electrical issues since our fan is located right next to the main leak. They only want to allow our unit to be switched and have us pay the... new market value for the unit which is unfair since the structural issues are not tenants responsibilities.
