Disappointed in the realities of using certain amenities such as the luxer package room, guest parking, and maker space that make the high cost of rent feel overpriced due to the loss of “luxury” feel from the inconvenience of being unable to easily use advertised features.

The positives are that the apartment staff are really great and do their best to explain policies outside of their control and help fix issues as much as they can. The tall ceilings in the apartments themselves are nice for... making even smaller square footage units feel much larger. The community spaces are always clean and well maintained, not to mention the convenience of daily trash valet. All my fellow residents that I’ve met so far are incredibly friendly and it genuinely feels like a great community to be a part of, especially with it’s proximity to North Davidson attractions and the light rail stop. The management staff has been warm, welcoming, and helpful. The facilities and amenities are well thought out, and well maintained, and the location can't be beat for accessibility to both NoDa and public transit.

Apartments are large and amenities are clean. There are constantly events held in the common areas and the management staff is super helpful!

My experience has been well overall. I like the community and the events held within the community. The trash service is not always reliable but that is small compared to how much I enjoy living in the complex.

Beautiful building, right on the light rail, and in one of the best neighborhoods in Charlotte. Walking distance to coffeeshops, music venues, restaurants, bars, and more!
