Moved in recently and loving it! The building is gorgeous. The unit was well kept and needed a very minimal cleaning from sitting empty for a while. Very quiet, the units aren’t soundproof but that’s to be expected of an apartment and tenants are very respectful of that. Common spaces and amenities are clean, comfortable and accessible. Leasing office staff are awesome and genuinely have your best interest at heart. Security is tight and there’s a good sense of safety despite being in the heart... of a busy neighborhood and by a train station. I had this place recommended to me and now I 10/10 recommend to others.

love living here! everybody is nice the neighborhood is walkable and has so many options of things to do, eat and drink.

The property itself is in a great location with convenient access to shopping, dining, and entertainment. The area has a great atmosphere and offers plenty to do nearby.
