Awesome office staff. Very respectful neighbors and overall great spot in NoDa. We have not had any issues living here and we feel very comfortable.

We love the building staff and the new vending machine. The only thing we've always had issues with is Greystar policies and are not welcoming which remains unchanged.

Amazing! We absolutely love the NoDa area. Sam and Feli are wonderful people love talking to them. I have a baby and Feli always says hello to her and that makes me really happy.

Good property for first-time renters, offering a solid starting point. While it is an older property with room for improvement, it is located in a great and convenient location.
