Before making the decision to move into the community the office was always closed. However, Diana has been a big help in making the process simple, and efficient. But why is there a $70 trash fee if Im taking my own trash out. Dumpster cost that much? it's insane.

We are a dedicated two-person team working to serve... our residents, which sometimes means there may be moments when only one of us is available, whether due to assisting others, lunch breaks, or providing tours. We always aim to be as accessible and helpful as possible.

These 3 years at Alister have been wonderful. The location is the best and it is walking distance to many restaurants, venues and museums. The maintenance team is very prompt. I love the coffee machine in the leasing office.
