Delightful

There are so many reasons we love Solis. The location next to Historic Dillworth gives it a safe neighborhood feel, while at the same time, you can walk to stores, restaurants, parks, the Greenway, medical facilities, and even into the city.
The staff is wonderful and accommodating. Our apartment is comfortable and has a lot of natural light and kitchen cabinet space. The amenities are over-the-top and the monthly gatherings are creative and fun. We made friends in just a short time and so has... our dog. Oh, and one of our favorite things is the herb garden.

We love it here!

A Gem in the heart of Charlotte

10/10 would recommend to both singles, couples, or families. The amenities are fabulous. The gym is stunning! The staff is always super helpful and they remember your name. We love the location as well! Couldn’t be in a better spot.

TOP COMMUNITY

I heard from coworkers about how amazing this community is and after move-in it did not disappoint. The community, amenities and wellness factor all exceed my expectations. The staff is incredibly friendly and helpful.

Solis Midtown

Had a great touring experience with Peri.

Christina and Peri provide great customer service, though I did not go with them because of work location I do feel like the community was a great option.
