Solis Midtown

Cheap fixtures & appliances, fire alarms go off in the middle of the night every couple of weeks (nobody even leaves the building when its going off anymore, very very unsafe), door to get into building is constantly broken so anyone can walk in (they keep “fixing” it but it just keeps breaking), they said they have a massage therapist, nutritionist and physical therapist for the residents during my tour and only 1 of those 3 things is true, and finally, I cant even use my oven because for some… reason it sets off the fire alarm. I just want to get out of here.

Repeated fire alarms

UPDATE: Two weeks after management responded to my previous review, the fire alarm sounded twice again tonight: around 8:45 PM and again shortly before midnight.

The situation did not end there. After the late-night activation, the alarm sounded again at approximately 1:13 AM, 2:12 AM, 2:22 AM, and 2:34 AM. While the last three were brief bursts, they were sufficient to repeatedly wake residents throughout the night.

These were not isolated incidents. There were also two additional alarm… activations during the past two weeks before tonight’s events.

This brings the total number of false alarm incidents to well over ten during the approximately three months since I moved in. Based on previous Google reviews, it appears this issue predates my tenancy.

The explanations may vary, but the outcome remains the same: residents are repeatedly awakened by alarms that turn out not to be emergencies.

More than ten false alarm incidents in roughly three months is not normal. Residents deserve a permanent solution.

AMAZING PLACE!

Solis Midtown is amazing! I love Jennifer, the manager, and her team! they are so helpful and always so friendly when I go into the office. The amenities are amazing, especially the massage room! That helps me weekly to unwind from a stressful work week. Definitely recommend living here to anyone!

Great

The management here is the best around. You may see reviews about fire alarms going off, but that can happen anywhere you live. The managers will help you with anything you need at any given time. Solis Is the best community around
