Worse place ever to live
They don't want to replace out dated appliance, with parts missing no matter what the condition is. You're paying for a service that you can't get, no matter how many times you put in a request. The carpet needs to be replace, but they refuse to replace it. The walls are thin, so when your neighbor's smoke, the odor comes through the walls. People sit in their cars and blast their music, with no consideration of other's. Bags of trash are sat on the outside of the dumpster, when the dumpster may... not be full.
They just started to come around to do the landscaping, The community sign has been tag by gangs. For the price you pay for rent, it should not be this way.

ROUGH NEIGHBORHOOD
I LIVE ON THE WEST SIDE OF CHARLOTTE. I LOVE MY APARTMENT BUT IF I COULD, I WOULD PICK IT UP AND MOVE IT TO A BETTER PART OF TOWN. IT HAS EVERYTHING I NEED, BUT THERE IS A LOT OF CRIME AND I'M ALWAYS WORRIED ABOUT MY SAFETY. IT HAS A WASHER AND DRYER HOOK UP, CENTRAL AIR/ HEAT, WALL TO WALL CARPET AND A BATHROOM AND 1/2. THE ONLY THING IT'S MISSING IS A GYM AND A POOL. THE MAINTENANCE IS GREAT TOO. BUT SAFETY IS NOT A STRONG POINT AT ALL WHEN IT COMES TO LIVING HERE.

Wack Apartments Ever
It's stable to live in this area but its not a good area for kids. These sets of apartments don't even have a pool and of course its the summer time you want a little pool action. This is not my ideal of a place I would want to call home.
