Everyone is nice, respectful, clean, pet friendly. Amenities are kept up, grounds are clean. Maintenance is great and responsive. Office staff is friendly.

So far so good! One thing I love about this place is how quiet it is, and the neighborhood. All the staff is so kind!! One thing I have noticed though is just some appliances in the apartment are broken or don’t work to the fullest potential.

I enjoy living at Comet Westgate very much! My favorite amenity is the trash valet! LOVE!! I also really enjoy all the monthly events! I would love to see the Bontanical Coffee truck to come back!

I absolutely love Comet Westgate Apartments. I have been a resident for several years and I’ve truly enjoyed living here. The location is excellent, the amenities are wonderful, and the overall aesthetic of the property, inside and out, is beautiful. I especially appreciate the landscaping and plants throughout the community, which makes it feel welcoming and well cared for. The staff is always friendly and helpful, and the maintenance team is outstanding—responsive, professional, and reliable.... I’m very happy to call Comet Westgate home.

Comet Westgate is great. The club house & pool is lovely. Very dog friendly and the layout for our apartment I really like. Our two office managers are very kind.
A couple things that would make it better:
Gates on the first floor apartments
More parking spaces (visitor parking specifically gets filled up fast)
