Overture Crabtree 55+ Active Adult Apartme... Apartments

It really has been a pleasure of overall living and serving the community here at Overture. Even thru Covid I could see that the staff worked hard to make things as best as they could for the residents. There was about a year or so during my tenancy that I lost confidence in the staff's ability to properly communicate and serve the residents in a respectful and caring manner. Other than that time period, the office staff have been great. My only complaint regarding staffing is that they still... have not obtained the level of excellence in maintenence that they once had when I first moved in during 2020. But it is a work in progress. If there was anything that I would change it would be the following establishing a PA system of some sort to make critical announcements, reducing the price of the guest suite, making the apartments more sound proof and for the office to be more aware of the elderly residence that need assistance with anything especially community updates and calendars. I enjoy the 55plus “active” concept at the Overture Crabtree community. The staff and the residential relationships make the difference in living here and living in an apartment without the amenities offered here …opportunities for residents to mingle and to get to know each other; conveniently placed inside elevators; ample covered garage parking; mail hubs for secure package pick-up; secure pool area, and opportunities to exercise and walk in safety are a few.

This is an amazing place to live! Management has been so good to us and have been so easy to work with. The residents we have met thus far are very friendly. We love our new apartment and look forward to settling in!
