Wasn't move in ready When we arrived, the bath tub had not water pressure, dish washer was broken, Internet cables were cut out of the wall, floor was dirty, dryer had water in it, and paint buckets were still on the floor. We had no Internet for 3 day, regardless of setting it up beforehand. Overall, it wasn't great, especially for the amount of money we've paid.

AMAZING I unexpectedly needed housing to fire at the apartment complex I lived in.
I called a few places, but after speaking with Courtney and taking a tour for an apartment at Ansley Park, I was convinced this was my new home! I was approved in less than 24 hours! Courtney and the staff at Ansley Park have shown what true customer service and caring is about!
Everything was done so promptly. I can’t wait to move in.

Not up to standard Had a self-guided tour and the room we toured reeked of cigarette smoke. the walls were damaged and floors had deep scratches. I can understand if this was a recently moved out of unit, but this should not be the unit that is shown to potential renters!

Great experience! I arrived for a scheduled appointment to tour a second floor apartment and met with Alex. He was welcoming, knowledgeable, personable and answered every question I presented. I've never rented before and felt assured and listened to as Alex made every effort to match me appropriately to a ground floor 1 bedroom that was just the right fit! The community is very appealing, well kept with nice amenities, and the apartment was modern, spotless, well layed-out and just perfect.
