Fast response! Eric and Alex, our maintenance guys, are always quick to respond to work orders. But I really appreciated their fast work a few days ago when I messaged them about a lot of broken glass on the sidewalk and parking lot.. it was around 5 p.m. but I was worried because it was where many of us walk our dogs several times a day. I was hoping they would be able to get to it the next morning, but it was taken care of within the hour! These are the details that always impress me about... these guys. Thank you!

Eric is awesome Our exterior doorknob broke. It was stuck with the door ilocked. We appreciate that Eric was able to fix it in short order.

Freezer still runs constantly, and sounds like motor is revving…. It’s 20 years old…. May need to replace before it dies completely.
