Please, we need you to repair the main entrance door because the door to building 3035 has been damaged for years and we have to walk there to open it for visitors.

Expedient! I had another leak from the unit above and the maintenance team and leasing office acted immediately. Otherwise my new carpet could've been affected.

I had a sudden event at my apartment: the garage door spring failed. I found about it while driving in my car. I returned to the apartment (only about 3 miles) and to my amazement, the repair guys had already replaced the spring! amazing.
