I believed what I was told and now I’m homeless
I applied for these apartments April 6. April 8 I was told I was approved for the studio. The assistant manager said it was being painted that day, and I could move in. Over a week passed and I wasn’t given any type of update and my emails stop being returned.
I called yesterday and the manager said give her 24 hours and she would have everything squared away and would call me back. I believed her but I never heard anything back.
So I finally drove out there and asked for my money back she... didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience just said “OK it will take about two weeks.” I canceled my storage unit and hired guys to move my furniture and now I will literally be homeless in 24 hrs
