This condo is equipped with a fully equipped kitchen, a Smart-TV with streaming apps installed, and complimentary coffee. Washer and dryer are available on each floor for $2 per load.
Bike and umbrella rentals are available downstairs on the boardwalk. Two complimentary parking spots are provided per reservation with parking codes.
Located in the Showboat building, this condo is in an excellent location on the beach and boardwalk. Major attractions like the Hard Rock Casino, Ocean Casino, and the Lucky Snake arcade are downstairs. Other nearby attractions include Absecon Lighthouse, Atlantic City Aquarium, Marine Mammal Stranding Center, Renaissance Plaza, and Brigantine Town Center.
Smoking of any kind is not permitted within or outside of the condo, including balconies, patios, or common and/or parking areas. Any sign of smoking is a violation of the stay agreement, which may result in immediate termination by security and fines of $500. Guests must agree to not disturb neighbors at all times during the stay and observe quiet hours from 9pm-8am each day. Removing smoke detectors will result in a $500 penalty. No weapons or drugs are allowed. Outside guests are not allowed without permission. One towel is provided per guest per stay. A valid photo ID is required to complete the booking. A pet fee between $100-$300 will be collected separately, based on stay length, with a maximum of 2 pets (40lbs combined) allowed, excluding Pit Bulls and Bull Mastiffs.
