Completely Unresponsive

I've been trying to get in touch with them for 3 weeks now in order to get a tour for the 1-bed that's listed as available in September. I keep getting rerouted to an outside call center, who tell me that someone from the office will call me back but no one ever does. They offered me the direct number for the office and that just routed me back to the call center. Their emails go unanswered. When I finally got a live person on the phone, he hung up on me almost immediately. Why do they have an... apartment listed if they're clearly not interested in renting it out?
