Everyone is very attentive to requests/needs. Repairs to individual apartment are done quickly after request for repair made. Residents are friendly.

Lovely staff and maintenance crew. Always respond in a timely manner. Helpful and attentive to all of our needs. We have lived here for almost 9 years and never want to leave.

I have lived at the Brownstone‘s for many years (since 2009). The apartment experience is great! I have a duplex apartment with two bedrooms and three bathrooms, on two floors! If I have any problems, repairs are made quickly and the building is meticulously maintained.
However, the grounds are something else. Dog poop is noted everywhere and small amounts of garbage are present. The grass is in terrible condition, especially along the walks. They hire an outside company to deal with snow... removal, and it churns up the grass into chunks of sod along the side of the walks. In many areas, of the grass has evolved into mud. Because I am a dog walker, this influences my experience of the property.

So good to hear from you! Thanks for letting us know. We have enforced a strict policy to curb pets, however, this is very difficult to manage without catching it in action. As for the grass, during the snow season our landscape maintenance is paused... until spring. We will treat the grounds in April and ensure everything is maintained properly for the spring season! I love how comfortable and at ease The Brownstones makes my sister and I feel. Their maintenance crew is quick and attentive and the staff are so accommodating whenever you’re in need. Such an amazing community to live!
