It has been an overall positive experience living at the Brownstone at Englewood South. Amenities and community are very inviting and well maintained. Downside, is the upkeep of some of the buildings, including building 41. Despite those negatives, I still recommend living at The Brownstone at Englewood.

The community lends itself to all ages and as seniors advanced in age and health issues we have been accommodated to the point we have not missed our over 55 community in Fl.
Franklyn provided us with more than reasonable accommodations to ensure our safety, for that we are grateful.
The opportunity to be in a diverse community with children and young folks raising families is a welcomed environment with conversations and encounters that are not about ailments & medications.
Kudos to... Management!

Living in this apartment is very comfortable. The building is clean and well-maintained, and if something breaks, it gets fixed right away. The only downside is the management team. Whenever I send an email, the response is always delayed, and their handling of matters feels very unprofessional. Other than that, the soundproofing is good, and overall it’s a comfortable place to live.
