I had an excellent experience as a resident! The environment is always clean and well-maintained, and the management and maintenance team are super attentive. Every time I needed assistance, I was promptly helped, which made me feel truly at home. Additionally, the common areas are great for relaxing and socializing with other residents. Great apartments with spacious rooms. The amenities are maintained well. The area is ok with the biggest issue being the homeless making a mess around the area and sometimes hanging around the property.

We really enjoy living at ONE HARRISON. We’ve been living here since its opening in 2019. Everything is very well organized, great conditions to spend time, the pool, barbecue area, amenities, maintenance, etc., everything is really good.

Living in this riverfront apartment has truly been a dream come true! From the moment I moved in, I’ve been captivated by the breathtaking views of the water, especially at sunrise and sunset.

The apartment itself is spacious and thoughtfully designed, with large windows that flood the living space with natural light. The open-concept layout is perfect for entertaining, and I love how the kitchen seamlessly connects to the living area. The modern amenities and stylish finishes make it feel both... cozy and upscale.

The location is ideal, with easy access to local shops, restaurants, and parks. Plus, the sense of community here is wonderful; my neighbors are friendly, and there’s always something fun happening nearby.

Overall wonderful place in a great neighborhood. The building and area feels safe. The entire area is also family friendly with plenty of both well known stores and family owned gems (restaurants, bakeries, etc.). Easy access to NYC via the path and NJ transit (~15min walk each shuttle ride to the path).

The building amenities are great and it’s good value for one’s money if coming from NYC. The maintenance staff is also responsive to tenant needs.

Ohhh… and wonderful concierge staff!
