Not worth the price no maintained amenities to speak of. Haven’t fixed or replaced one of the two grills and it’s been over a year that’s it’s been in shambles. Management team is lazy. Units are nice and it is quiet plus location is great.

Greystar Special

This was a really great building under previous management. It was staffed properly, well maintained, and secure. Then Greystar took over and ruined everything. Staff were slashed to the bone where there is no longer a concierge, packages stolen, elevator issues, and management changes are constant. Add to the fact I left building and still have not received the refund of my deposit and it has been 6 months now fighting them to get it to me since they seem incompetent and continue to send it to… the incorrect address despite being told the correct address a total of ten times. My take is that they really are not sending it and based on the condition of the building it seems Greystar is all about profit and not about actually being a decent property management company.
