GreyStar Ruined It!
I've lived in the building since just after it opened and it was a great place to live. Since GreyStar took over they slashed the staffing and then proceeded with raising rent where many of the former residents left. As a result it's less then optimal when things break and take longer to fix like the elevators or the fire alarm that continues to go off several times recently. Also forget having a front desk person. It's literally a single person working primarily daytime when residents are... working and when she is out there is only the leasing office to assist when they have other things to do. Also nights and weekends with no staff and no security the place is a zoo. Cannabis smell in the stairwells, loud parties, loud neighbors, etc. All this can be yours at the same rent price as other buildings who have 24x7x365 staffing.
