Your company must be based in NJ, If not you will have to sign up for our RHINO insurance policy. We use the RHINO policy as an additional financial backstop needed to approve your application. This is a monthly insurance policy payment agreed upon by three parties, RentJerseyShore, the tenant, and RHINO. The way we use the RHINO policy amount is based off of your application, like having out of state employment, credit score and or income deficiencies, larger or multiple pets, etc. Rhino protects the unit against things like unpaid rent or damages to the apartment. We allow cats and small-medium sized dogs. We also have a 2 pet max and a pet fee. We require a 670 credit score per applicant.
