No communication and a bit shady

I applied to this complex when they opened up the leasing office in May. I have been waiting 4 months for them to reach back out to me, but when I called to get an update they were not really answering any of my questions. I asked if people were being contacted to step two of the application process or at least moving in by now and the representative said "both."

Months later she was able to tell me my queue number, but did not even provide an update on where they are on the list or if people… had dropped out by now and/or if I even had a chance of moving into an apartment at all. If I had needed a place to go immediately, I would have been out of luck. However, there are ONLY a few cars at the apartment complex and the second building is STILL under construction. It seems as if no one knows what is going on here. It also is frustrating that they took all of this time building TWO apartment buildings to only offer 48 units.

Lack of communication

I’m giving a low rating based on my experience with the application process. I called in for information and was given the application to fill out and submit to the location. When I turned in my application, nothing was explained to me. And when I asked what should I expect next, I was told they would call. After weeks going by and not receiving a call and not getting any answers when I attempted to call, I was finally able to get a hold of someone only to be told there was a year waitlist. And… the property manager’s attitude was kind of like “oh well”! As someone who needed a place sooner than later, something like that should’ve been the first thing I was told when I asked for information. I was just really disappointed with my overall experience.
