Encino Terrace Senior Apartments

I loved living here, my apt was on the top floor (great views) and very quiet. What I didn't love was living in Abq, but I may give it another try. The office staff at Encino Terrace were generally on top of things and their maintenance staff would address problems in a timely manner. Loved the window AC's, the hum drowned out my tinnitus. Bus stop was right across from their parking lot! If I move to Abq again I would like to live here again too.

The apartments are small, but have 2 layers of brick wall between you and your neighbors. That was great. Loved the office staff. it's been a few years since I lived there, hopefully they're the same folks. Maintenance people actually fixed things, and the neighborhood is one of the best in the city. One the few left that is safe because there are no stores for people to hang out at. Just residential, and high end homes. Bus stop is right outside the apts!
