Do not move in to this complex. You are charged so many random fees prepare to pay $100-$200 more than your lease agreement. Everything is under construction and nothing is being finished. The entire time I’ve lived here the pool, gym, office, even the front gate has been under construction. There hasn’t been a front gate for almost the whole year and there’s dirt everywhere. They still price-gauge us when there are absolutely no amenities. My apartments falling apart and there’s a constant bug… problem. When I talk to the office they say they’re renovating “for us” but I am not renewing my lease to be overcharged for a little apartment. The pool has been closed since I moved in March when I first moved they said they were remodeling & it would be done in April but it’s not end of July & most of the summer has went by & I haven’t been able to use the pool ! Then they took the gate off said they would replace it in the same week it’s now been two months I’m not understanding why I pay all of this money if I’m not in a gated community or can’t use the pool!

Very unfriendly staff. Maintenance has no idea what they’re doing. You’ll be left in a dump paying outrageous rent.

I have no peace of mind living here. My car has been broken into and I’ve had multiple delivery packages stolen. Do yourself a favor and look somewhere else.
