Mharcy was a lifesaver throughout the entire moving process, and she was spot on—this place is perfect. The apartment is bright, quiet, and perfectly maintained, making the transition completely stress-free. I’m so thankful for all of her help.

The building's rush to move-in has resulted in a host of problems. Many of the electrical outlets in the apartments do not work properly, causing inconvenience and safety concerns for residents. It's evident that corners were cut during construction, leading to ongoing maintenance and functionality issues.

Another concerning aspect is the imposition of unnecessary charges. The inclusion of Cox cable and community fees, without clear explanations or options to opt out, feels like an unjustified… financial burden placed on residents. This lack of transparency in billing only exacerbates the already disappointing experience.

What's more alarming is the consistent presence of law enforcement. Domestic disputes have led to police visits becoming a regular occurrence, disrupting the peaceful living environment that every tenant deserves. They will charge you even for the air you breathe they will charge you twice for things you paid the previous month really low amount parking spaces will be moving out for sure

I applied for an apartment but was denied I gave them 2 money orders 1 for the application fee and 1 for the administration fee in case I was approved they cashed the one that was $50 for the application fee ok great but the other one was $150 and they went ahead and stamped the apartments name on there and signed it even though they didn’t know if I was going to be approved or not and since I was denied they gave me back an altered Money order worth $150 and I can’t even cash it because it’s… altered and where they signed name they used white out i called them about this issue some one name diamond answered I told her the situation and she said she would call me back in 30 minutes and never called me back This was about 2 or 3 weeks ago now i have a $150 money order I can’t cash $150 dollars gone down the drain because of them smh I’m pissed they should’ve never touched it until they got an approval.
