Beware the high ratings

This apartment has ALOT of room for improvement. Beware the reviews from 2023 and before because I trusted them and THINGS CHANGE. Management for the apartment switched to Fusion Property Management while I was moving to Nevada. I didn't know if my lease was secured until I arrived at the leasing office. The hecticness of that move is forshadowing to some of the problems you will face if you don't heed these warnings. Repairs take FOREVER to happen and you have to be persistent. The front desk... is (mostly) sweet, there is a guy who jokes too much when valid issues are being raised but the rest of their crew is good at diffusing tensions. They can only do so much though and it shows in a lot of things.

My first apartment ever. Great Experience

My fiancé and I loved living here. We never had any issues with anything breaking (like a washer or dryer, dishwasher, etc…) no bug problems ever, and we like the added tech of the Kevo lock and Nest Thermostat controller. It made it feel very modern. We are sad that we have to move out soon, we really enjoyed the pool and the location.

Super friendly office and clean complex

Elle and ally in the office are the best! The complex is super clean and quiet. I have had no problems since moving in :)

Best complex ever!!!!

This apartment complex is the best in Vegas! For the price you get so many amenities, well taken care of grounds, gated service, and Elle and Ally in the office are the sweetest most helpful people ever! 10/10 recommend!
