Beware the high ratings

This apartment has ALOT of room for improvement. Beware the reviews from 2023 and before because I trusted them and THINGS CHANGE. Management for the apartment switched to Fusion Property Management while I was moving to Nevada. I didn't know if my lease was secured until I arrived at the leasing office. The hecticness of that move is forshadowing to some of the problems you will face if you don't heed these warnings. Repairs take FOREVER to happen and you have to be persistent. The front desk… is (mostly) sweet, there is a guy who jokes too much when valid issues are being raised but the rest of their crew is good at diffusing tensions. They can only do so much though and it shows in a lot of things.
