San Croix Apartments

We enjoyed our 2 years at San Croix. The staff has always been easy to work with and I can tell they really care about keeping the property clean. Maintenance was always quick and efficient with requests. Also, I don't know if my neighbors are just really quiet but I literally never hear them! I would recommend San Croix to someone looking to move to the area.

Poor management/ Dirty apartment

STAY AWAY!!! Whatever you do don't move here!! Roaches (so many other bugs) have been infesting the apartment for months, the dryer wasn't working for the longest time not unless you turned it twice, dishwasher leaks, parties late at night in the parking lots, trash is an absolute mess and the pool smells so bad. The ONLY person I like is Shanice and Darren when he used to work there.

San Croix

This is my 4th time living here and I love this place, so the community is great, nice and friendly. Its very clean I like to take my daughter to the two separate pools. It's just really nice and quite all the neighbors are friendly. I always come to the office to get coffee everyday. Every time I come in the office the staff is always smiling and extremely friendly. The maintenance staff is always on time. I have lived in a one bedroom, two bedroom and three bedroom. I love coming into office… to see JoAnn that's my girl, she is awesome.

Close to everything & great maintenance crew

San Croix is the perfect place to live if you want to be close to everything you'll need on a regular and not-so regular basis - such as, post offices, schools, DMV, shopping, highways, restaurants and last but never least, "the strip!" The maintenance crew is incredible. They are extremely friendly and fix any problem you have within your apartment the day you call them. The grounds are very well kept and the layout of the apartments are spacious and amazing. You'll love it here.

Awesome

We've been living here for a couple of months and we really do love it. Such a nice, clean, and quiet place to live. Everyone is friendly and helpful. We had an incident with our apartment and maintenance fixed it quick and well done.
