They will steal your money and deposits.
Union Apartments will scam you out of thousands of dollars! Renters be careful! They lie about the contents of the lease, will tell you your unit is fine during move out then months later will claimed i damaged my apartment!
They couldn't provide photos. They couldn't prove the work was even done. They sent us illegally to collections twice without a judgement! These people are liars and theives! you can live anywhere else with a different company (not Cushman Wakefield). Otherwise they will... scam you to pad their own pockets. Rent may seem cheap, but they will get you on the backend. Don't trust their management they are LIARS and will like in documents that they use as "evidence". Keep reading reviews many other people have had the same issue.
