Do not move here

Rent is way to much for the amenities that are provided. They will just enter your home with little to no warning, even when requested not too. There was a dead bat on the wall by the pool for months and it was not cleaned up. Good luck getting ahold of someone when you call the office. For how much you pay I recommend going to another place. Again worst part is the lack of privacy you have no idea when they will enter your home.

Futuristic

Apartment has great views and amenities are within the building. Restaurants, groceries, shopping and Movies are within a 1 mile distance. Nancy was super helpful with the move in.

Great experience and amazing staff

I have to say I have been so excited to move into this building and part of it is because of the staff that works for the Emory on Rad, in particular Jessica. She has made this entire transition so smooth and effortless. She was so patient with me and spent three different occasions trying to find my perfect unit. For anybody looking to move into an incredible apartment complex in Reno that’s absolutely gorgeous and filled with amazing amenities, I highly recommend moving here. Thank you Jessica… for all your help. You are amazing!!

Great experience so far

My wife and I will be relocating to Reno next month for jobs - we visited Emory as a "backup plan" because the housing market in Reno has made it challenging to find rental homes ... to our surprise, we enjoyed so much of what Emory has to offer that we signed a lease before even visiting half of our other scheduled tours. The units are refined, polished, and modern. The bigger selling point is the entire district of amenities, which seems to be ideal for young professionals (especially Nevada… transplants, like us!) who are looking to be a part of an active community, find friends, enjoy the beautiful community-based amenities (pool, gym, events, movie theater), and live close to downtown and midtown.

Looking forward to moving in to our new home in a few weeks!!
