Best Living Experience in the Syracuse Area
I've moved several times since relocating to the Syracuse Area due to dissatisfaction with other living arrangements, and Charter Oaks has been my best experience by far. The apartments are practical and well-kept upon move-in. The grounds are beautiful, the location is both quiet and convenient, and I always feel safe. The surrounding neighborhoods are perfect for walks. The management is incredibly helpful and reasonable, and the maintenance have always been prompt, friendly, and there for me… when I needed them. I can't think of any criticism of the place that isn't a tiny nitpick. If I wasn't relocating again out of state, I would stay here forever. Thanks for a great few years!
