Definitely worth living here

Lived here for 18 years and the location is definitely prime as everything is truly close. The office and maintenance team is incredible and have sloved every issue I ever had. The changes that have been happening to this development has given it new life and has definitely been positive. Truly am grateful they have been keeping my family safe and fixing any issues I may have. You do not get this in most complexes trust me its bad in other places. They actually listen and proceed here. Thank you… for everything.

don’t get this as your first time apartment

The apartment are dirty , moldy and has water damage everywhere. Everything leaks maintenance can’t fixed anything right . If when it’s spring and still chill outside they turn the heat off so no heat at night without telling you . The neighbors are loud you can hear conversations the walls are paper thin. DONT LIVE HERE AT ALL

Very Happy Tenant!

We moved in several months ago and couldn't be happier! The unit was recently remodeled so we were able to get a new kitchen, bathroom and floors at a great price. Unlike the other person I think the 1 BR is very roomy and has ample space along with storage. The whole move in process was so easy and everyone who works at the complex was very friendly. We chose Country Manor because it is close to 211 but really quiet. They keep the property looking very clean and are doing a lot of projects to… make it even nicer. My husband and I would recommend this complex to our friends and others who want a nice environment at an affordable price.
