Living at Oakhill/Eagle Rock Apartments has been a nightmare due to their abysmal communication and lackluster maintenance standards. Despite being a high-priced establishment, the apartments are plagued with leaks and unsightly black substances growing on bathroom walls. Broken appliances are the norm, and the maintenance team appears to be ill-equipped and untrained to handle basic repairs.
These issues have persisted for a staggering seven months without any resolution in sight. The... management's behavior is particularly concerning, as they are sneaky and utterly lacking in professionalism. Potential renters beware: Oakhill/Eagle Rock Apartments may present a shiny facade, but underneath lies a poorly managed, subpar living experience.
