HORRIBLE SERVICE TEAM
Moved in March of 2022. By November, our dryer started malfunctioning. Immediately placed a work order on their portal. Received no response. Kept pressing and finally got the maintenance man to look at it. He took a picture of the error message on the machine and sent it to the "repair company". That was it. Have not seen these "repairmen" once. Fast forward to this past June of 2023. Dryer still not tended to and now dishwasher broke down. Placed another work order. Maintenance man came back,... took a picture, left. Almost 7 months later and no resolution on that either. I have been getting the runaround for over a year! "The repair company comes when they want. We don't have the power to schedule appointments with them." WHAT IS THAT? A repair company that works when THEY want to come? I don't buy it. Maintenance man claims he has reached out several times to this company with no response. IT'S BEEN MONTHS AND MONTHS! Of course no response from the property manager after several phone calls and voicemails. THEY DO NOT CARE! They want you to give up and move out so they can mistreat the next tenant. DO NOT RENT HERE!
