Save yourself the time, money and headache. Owner and management do not care about tenants or the overall condition of property. Not only is there a long list of issues that come along with your "brand newly renovated apartment" but throughout the whole building and property. Don't plan on doing laundry in your building they leak and flood the basement every time. I know they say no pets allowed but prepare to have plenty of little critter friends as pets all winter when the mice swarm in the… building and don't bother filling out a Maintenace request or reaching out to management for help they don't care. Don't bother wasting your money here. They look good at first glance but there are plenty of issues that come with these apartments. Moved in a few months ago and have had nothing but issues which seems to be the general consensus among my neighbors as well

Rented a two apartment and I love the balcony first off! The apt has new carpet and flooring. Also has new fridge and stove. Bedrooms are decent size and has space for table in kitchen. Good location and quiet so far.

I tried these apartments when I first moved to Syracuse and then 3 years later and each time the women in the office was highly disrespectful and rude. She acts like these apartments are luxury and the only ones in Syracuse.. they need training on proper customer service and on how to respond to people under stress. Disgusting attitude
