Be careful of your bill
I recently rent there, and I just got my first electricity bill. It is 60+dollars for one person who slept there for 10 days without aircon, and only use one lamp. I just started my training, and stayed more than 12 hours a day in hospital. My family have not come yet. My house is still empty with only one mattress and one lamp. I called the electricity company, they said this the electricity bill of this apartment is always unusual high. It is more than 200 dollars a month last year. Because... the electricity fee is double this year. I might have to prepare for 400+ dollars electricity bill if my family move in. I was very curious Why the electricity fee of this apartment is always that unbelievable high. I don't think every tenant of this apartment happened to be someone like to waste electricity. Finally, I figured out it might be due to something not inside my house. I asked for early termination of my rental. I have money to pay the electricity bill, but I am not stupid. They don't deserve it, and I really hate cheating. Since yesterday, I sent moren than 6 emails asking the same question about the fee if I want to move out. This is another tricky point. Be careful of their long long leasing agreement. Make sure you read every words careful before signing it. Otherwise, it might become another problem. Until now, their reply is still avoid answering the question I ask. It is super frustrating to communicate with them. They will pretend not understand your question, Or not seeing it. And force you to ask the same question again again and again...... I hope I don't need to send more than 10 emails to get a Simple reply,
