The rent price is reasonable and management and maintenance are very helpful. It’s a decent place to live if you’re trying to save money on rent, but be aware that there are some downfalls. The windows and walls are paper thin and allow a ton of sound and cold air through. It can be tough in the cold winter months on the electric bill. This complex used to be Morgan Manor, I lived here years ago. I am back now and very pleased with the changes in ownership and management. The maintenance staff is on top of things. Close to town but not noisy.

We recently moved here from a nearby town and have found it to be a very quiet community. The grounds are well kept and the apartment was very clean and we'll equipped to move into. I would recommend this complex to anyone with a need for a new place to live.

Been here a year now and every problem I have had has been dealt with quickly..friendly staff..only thing is rent is a little high but it's doable ..but all in all good place
