TERRIBLE STAY AWAY

WORST!!! Stay Away at all costs!!!
Filthy upon move-in, faulty installation, loud, dog poop everywhere, dirty laundry rooms, ridiculously understaffed, irresponsive management , only Heat or AC (Can't Adjust Manually).. I could go on...
The real kicker is that when a tenant moves out, they immediately hire workers to begin construction on that unit..this can take 2 to 3 weeks in my experience to the point where it becomes virtually uninhabitable. And if you have a night job, you can forget about... sleep.

As usual office staff and maintenance down a person they still offer first rate service. I have been here coming up on 10 years. A lot of staff have come through here. The current staff is the best yet.

Absolutely horrible. Bugs and roaches infestation, mold, place is falling apart, ceiling caved in, staff took forever to fix things. Egress issues and structures are not stable. Just an absolute horrible place to live. Would not recommend for anyone!
