The Reserve at Glenbridge

I have lived at this complex for the past 5 years and the past 3out of 5 years have been horrible. The front desk staff is incredibly rude, do not care about the tenants and the front office manager, CHLOE is something else. She refused to speak to me on "her off day" when my AC unit went out during THE HOTTEST WEEK last summer 2025. Mind you, this has happened every year I have lived there and they refused to replace the unit, which is what was broken. Last year I had to personally go stay at a... hotel after 2 weeks of no AC. not even an AC Window Unit. they did not offer me one at all. When I was crying in the front office explaining how miserable it is, and I have two service animals, not one of them cared. Ola threatened to call the police because I was crying and asking what they could do to fix it and they were not prioritizing my emergency of the ac out. Once I moved out, a lot of extra charges were on my moveout inspection.
$30 for not replacing the burnt out light bulbs. Which they will do...for $10 each. So no, I was not replacing burnt lightbulbs that I HAVE been replacing for 5 years.
Charges for maintenance issues that were never resolved, somehow came up with 119 issues in my apartment upon moveout inspection.
I will repeat so many times.... DO NOT RENT HERE.
along with all those issues, don't get me started on the insanely overpriced place that doesn't have any working amenities. the second pool has not worked or been open within the 5 years I lived there. the main pool at the front is small and the hot tub never works. Very overpriced and has gone SO DOWN HILL. I am not saying its RPM Living. I am saying it is Chloe the front office manager, and her lack of respect, empathy, and understanding. Please do yourself a favor and do not rent here. I am warning!!
PS: The only decently nice person in that office is Elizabeth.
Everyone else is horrible and on some kind of power trip.

In general the maintenance is good, but I reported three times about the water leaking in the living room, until now no responses, according to the office, it might take a couple of weeks to provide the specialists, which is unacceptable especially in such urgent cases.That was the only issue i had for 4 months.

I love my apartment but there are some things to be aware of. They lost my keys on move-in day. It also seemed like they did not prepare my apartment. I had to make multiple service requests; it has been two months and not all of my requests have been addressed. The neighborhood is nice but the neighbors ignore you. Parking is unassigned but I can barely park near my apartment. Tenants in my building have garages but instead use up all the parking spots. I was initially told that I would not... really hear my upstairs neighbors much when I was given a tour. But all I hear is their stomping all day and all night. It is so annoying and frustrating. Beware of this complex. The staff is constantly changing. They charge $9 per month for pest services but do not provide the services. They charge $25 per month for trash services and provide one compactor for the entire complex. The trash area has maggots and the odor can be smelled from miles away. I have asked to have bees and bugs removed from my unit Only to be told we can’t kill bees but I am highly allergic. I have put in for pest services seven times to no avail. I asked to be moved to... another safer unit but was told by Chianne that I am not paying enough for the unit I am in. I pay what is on my lease. I am on the second floor without screens in my unit. Beware unless you want to be disappointed and frustrated. High priced rent sub par services. I wish I could attach pictures to attest the horrible conditions.
