I like the property, it’s really maintained, so beautiful apartments, the agent was very nice , friendly and cover all our questions, the area is clean and calm ,so thank you so much

Apartments are Fine but Management is HORRIBLE

As a whole, my time at these apartments was predominantly a good experience. The neighborhood is pretty quiet for the most part, not much crime, and my neighbors were good (aside from whoever it was living near me that brought a cockroach infestation with them). The cockroaches were handled immediately by management fortunately enough. The management company (Red1) in charge of these apartments is by far the worst that I've ever had the displeasure of dealing with. How the manager that was… assigned to the property still has a job is nothing short of astounding. Unless something has changed since I moved out, I would never move back until a new manager was assigned.
