"I live in an art gallery"
I recently moved into the 409 Oak building at Library Park. As I write this review, I'm sitting here in my apartment overlooking Topiary Garden Park, with my windows open and classical music piping in from the neighboring Plaza. Wherever I go, whether its upstairs for a coffee, taking the trash to the garbage chute, taking the dog out the side door for a walk in the park, or leaving out the front lobby, I pass artwork that otherwise belongs in CMOA. My morning workout routine, a ritual I would... otherwise loathe, is totally enhanced by the surroundings of the nicest gym I've ever set foot in. Some have compared this to a nice hotel, but I like to tell people that "I live in an art gallery." The staff here has been incredibly helpful - Chelsea did a great job of highlighting the unique personalities of each of the 3 addresses here - and the neighbors I've met so far have been friendly. I could've picked any building in Columbus, but I'm glad I picked Library Park.
