I’ve really enjoyed my stay at the Ave so far. The staff is all really nice and the maintenance does such a great job!! Very quick too. I appreciate how clean the place is and good amenities.

I’ve lived a lot of places in Columbus and The Ave is by far my favorite. Parking is free (which is hard to find) and we saved a lot with their preferred employer program. The gym is really nice and rarely busy.

This apartment community is not secured and is too expensive for clintonville. Management and owners don’t care about property and the issues they have so they aren’t going to fix anything. But if you love construction noises constantly and trains this is your place.
