The Charleston Apartments is an apartment community
I sold my large home the first day on the market and was in a pinch for living accommodations while I searched for a condo in certain suburbs around Columbus. I moved into The Charleston located in The Farms near Tuttle Crossing Mall. I've been so impressed with the quality of my 3 bedroom apartment; extremely spacious living area, open kitchen, large bedrooms, double sinks in both spacious en suites, garden tub, HUGE walk in closets that can be used as storage units, and a great patio for... chairs and a grill. In addition, the amenities are never-ending....private dog park, Clean up bags/cans all over the property, beautiful ponds and waterways with fountains throughout the community, optional garage, maintenance 24/7 (and they're very attentive and friendly), complimentary car wash with vacuum, 15 seat theater that can be rented, an enormous DVD loan library, a resort style pool that's very private and well kept, and THE BARN! It has great activities and bands each night plus special cooking demonstrations, craft night, etc.. The Leasing Office is quick to respond to questions and requests and the staff is very friendly and helpful.
I've stopped looking for a condo and look forward to staying here for a year.....probably more!
