I got to work with Jazmine and even though things did not work out I would recommend this place to friends and family. Very knowledgeable, kind, understanding and patient.
Not to leave anyone out ..

There is always garbage, it takes a long time to send the maintenance gentlemen, They charge $110 for water, it's already summer and they still haven't opened the pool, The neighbors make a lot of noise, they drink beer on the street and no one says anything, they don't check credit that's why anyone can live there, all the apartments are full of cockroaches, they demand that you pay on time but they are very bad for attention, they always give discounts to new residents and the old ones don't... worry about keeping them.

Parking here sucks There’s never nowhere to park. You have to walk a distance to your own townhome. There is also bugs like crazy. I have been living here for almost 3 years now they don’t come fix things when they’re supposed to or half assed does things the bugs have not been taken care of since I’ve moved in their excuses is either I have animals kids or they will come and spray one or two times and that would be it that does not take care of the situation with everybody moving in and out.... They are not spraying people’s apartments the way they should be every apartment should be sprayed at one time not one day this apartment one day that apartment. They cannot make up their minds whether they’re giving people parking passes or towing people’s cars. If they don’t have a parking pass now they’re saying it’s anybody can park anywhere when they say anybody could park. Anywhere means anybody can come over park in your spot and stay there Leave everybody else paying the rent. No parking struggle every day to find a parking spot. When you’ve been working all day from work, you come home and you have to walk far and they raise the rent.
