Reprehensible
Reprehensible. That is the best word I can use to describe this apartment and its management.
Two weeks after signing our new lease (but before it actually went into effect), my mother passed away suddenly. Due to family matters, my husband and I needed to move. They are charging us FOUR months rent in order to move out (and we have to keep utilities). I understand we signed a contract, but absolutely no flexibility due to unforeseen circumstances? I'm sorry I didn't anticipate my mom dying.... Now, during a pandemic, I have to find a way to pay rent (which has gone up an insane amount each year) and a mortgage. Thanks, Fox Hunt!
Personal issues aside, this apartment complex is the worst I've ever lived at. Management is impossible to get a hold of, and even when you talk to someone, they have no idea what they're doing. When we first moved in, they had to revise our documents three times because they kept messing it up.
Maintenance is awful. Our shower hasn't worked properly in months. They have "fixed" it at least three times. The maintenance guy told us there wasn't anything he could do because they only give him cheap parts to fix things.
The apartment grounds are disgusting. Trash everywhere that is never picked up. The interior and exterior of the buildings are in disrepair (don't rely on the pictures they have online).
Listen to the other reviews here. Literally the ONLY good thing I can say about this place is that the rooms are large. Do yourself a favor and don't move here. You will regret it. Maybe not at first, but you will. They are rude, uncaring, and money hungry. There are better apartments out there.
