Don't move to Rosewood especially J108
Filthy window A/C when I first moved in clearly it hadn't been cleaned in months or even replaced in years with mold growing inside the entire machine and dead bugs imbedded into the filter. A filter that was never changed or replaced in the 2 years I lived here or years before that for that matter. It took me hours to clean that A/C unit and even though I put in a ticket to have it replaced after discovering the disgusting amount of mold, it was closed without it even being resolved claiming... they checked it out and it looked fine(I have an alarm system that notifys me when my front door is open it was never opened when this ticket was active before it was closed the next day) Within a couple of months after cleaning it and barely using it, without an A/C freshener it smells like constant mold when turned on!! Aka the mold is growing back so LUNGS BEWARE!! It was eventually replaced over a year later when I was pregnant. A leasing office that doesn't communicate with its it's residents until it's too late. Including when water gets shuts off or the heat gets turned on in the winter and that's if you even have heat in the first place. A maintenance team that closes tickets without them even being resolved. And literally starts slamming the door to the maintenance closet the moment business hours start shaking your entire apartment and waking you up if you ever get a day to sleep in.
Speaking of heat! If you love to maintain an inside heat of 84° all year long. You've hit the jackpot. The complex turns it on at their discretion, doesn't tell you when, and gives you the illusion of control. Even setting the "thermostat" to the lowest possible setting the heat is always blasting. And because of the constantly running heat all winter and early spring long there a humming/buzzing that can last anywhere between a few minutes to almost an hour coming from the maintenance closet right below the unit. This noise literally wakes me from my sleep and it happens either in the middle of night, wee hours of the morning or even in the middle of the day. It vibrates your entire floor in the bedroom and bathroom. Nothing can it drown out you just have to wait it out.
I've also had friends live in these townhome units and they have had constant issues with the leasing office and getting things repaired when needed. Overall, it's a place in a pinch but not ideal for a long term rental.
