Would not recommend!

They prioritize their profits over your well-being. Their primary concern is their financial gain. They will rent you an apartment that reeks of animal urine, equipped with malfunctioning and dilapidated appliances and fixtures, yet they will anticipate you to be content living in such conditions. It is in your best interest to avoid this place and refrain from renting here. If my experience improves, I may consider providing a more positive review, but as it stands, I feel as though I have… stepped into a nightmare on just the first day!

Absolute trash landlords!

They constantly will avoid your maintenance requests. They never answer the phone. They don't care about their tenants only their money.

don’t waste your time

I have called everyday for the past almost 3 weeks during business hours and have not gotten an answer. I left numerous voicemails as well as emails and have not heard anything. I even went to the main office in hope to fill out an application and no one was,again, there during business hours. Super unprofessional and I am very upset because I really wanted to move into one of there homes. They even have signs outside but not getting back with anyone.

Nice Townhouses

These townhouses are completely updated. It is nice to see for a change most things in this area are so outdated.
The manager was very sweet and informative too.
I recommend anyone checking this out.

Get your stuff together

Never there during business hours. Never answer your phone. We live an hour away. Scheduled a time to look at an apartment show up exactly on time and nobody's here No one will answer any number listed. This place is a joke
