Highly Recommended!!

Mindy is the BEST! I have lived in several complexes and none of the management have ever been as accommodating, helpful, and understanding as Mindy was. She made my stay at Remington smooth and enjoyable. I was sad to be leaving! I also had WONDERFUL neighbors during my time there. I assisted them in putting on an event for the entire complex that was very enjoyable. I have never experienced an event like where so many residents came together before. Mindy is also great at staying up on the… maintenance and grounds, such as pot holes, snow, lawn, etc. I also enjoyed the fact that she kept us so informed with everything through frequent emails. Live here! It will be worth your money and time!!

All Around Wonderful!

This is by far the best place I have ever rented. It feels so much like a home and has a great amount of space. The layouts are great and all of the apartments have easy access. Mindy is absolutely amazing. She is super friendly and responds to questions and emails very quickly. She is truly dedicated to making your experience at Remington Station a good one. She always keeps you up to date if there is any landscaping or other property maintenance being done. Randy is the maintenance man and he… is very kind and helpful and very respectful when in your home. I am moving for work, but I will truly miss this townhouse. I loved living here and would absolutely consider moving back if I am ever in the area again.

Moving in soon!

We have had a wonderful experience so far and are looking forward to moving in. Mindy has been so helpful and kind, she is very professional and takes the time to make sure our move will be a smooth one. The townhouses are very clean, the property is very well maintained. The atmosphere is just what we need, after having to care for a house for 30 years.

Well Run, Well Maintained Townhouse Complex

We recently moved in and couldn't be happier with the experience. The property is clean and well maintained, and Mindy the property manager couldn't be nicer or easier to work with. From first contact, to the tour, to signing a lease, every step was made easy with Mindy's help. One of our favorite parts of the process was picking the paint colors for our place which were waiting for us on the walls come move in day. There was one small issue which Randy, the maintenance manager, fixed… professionally and in a timely manor. The location is great as well, minutes from all the amenities Belden Village has to offer, and easy access to Interstate 77. So far, we love our experience at Remington and recommend it to you!

Remington Station

My husband and I have been here since July. Mindy is a great property manager and Randy is very knowledgeable as a maintenance man!! They are very quick on answering our requests. Have lived in other apartment complexes and find Remington the best place to be!!!
