Eagle's Pine Apartments

I lived here from 2021 to 2025. At first the place felt pretty average, but over time it got better and I grew to enjoy living here. There’s a nice sense of community among the residents, which made a difference.
The location is convenient — about a 30-minute walk from the Sandusky Amtrak station, close to the hospital, and only a 2-minute walk to the waterfront.
Management is reasonable. They keep up standards without being difficult to deal with.

rent has gone so much that people cant aford to pay that much thair are people on ssi& ssdi social security i under stand you have to make money cant you give people abrack on the high cost of rent be couse it is sending people pour house it is unfair i know you have to make money but be fair about it

We moved out in August and I just received the security deposit check the other day. It is now January. The apartments are very below average. Unit was not given to us in good conditions forcing us to clean the unit before we even moved in. Management took forever to get back to us about returning our security deposit. When they finally did they said we had only receive a partial amount due to cleaning fees. We left the unit in much better conditions than it was given to us.
