Love them

So the Fourth of July, I almost had a slight fire with one of my outlets so of course I call the fire department, they tell me that it would not be smart for me to plug anything back in and or cut on my power until maintenance comes out. I thought it being a holiday and people just having lives that it would take them hours to get there which means hours for me and my autistic son to be in the home with no AC however 5 to 10 minutes after I made the call they were there. I truly wish I knew his... name cause he saved our lives literally.

Excellent help.

My wife and I were looking for a larger home in the area to start a family. Chelsea was very helpful in finding us a new place to live that fit most of our criteria while also being very personable and friendly. The rest of the staff at Monarch have been helpful as well with any questions or maintenance.

Informative, friendly, and excellent service!

Shout out to Chelsea Lee! She was very thorough and friendly with the tour, as well as the move in process. Excellent and consistent with keeping us in the loop and making the lease terms clear.

Amazing!!!

Relocated from Alabama for work.. dealt with Chelsea super professional and handled everything over the phone with and helped with anything I needed to where to move in process was super easy!!!!!
