Excellent Living Experience!

I've been living in this apartment complex for a while now, and I can confidently say it's been a fantastic experience. From the moment I walked in, the leasing office staff greeted me with warmth and professionalism. They made the whole moving process smooth and stress-free. Any questions or concerns I've had, they've been quick to address and always with a smile.

Moreover, the maintenance staff deserves a shout-out too. They are incredibly responsive and efficient. Whenever I've had an issue... in my apartment, they've been there promptly to fix it. It's refreshing to live in a place where you feel genuinely cared for.

Overall, I highly recommend this apartment complex to anyone looking for a great place to live. The friendly leasing office staff and responsive maintenance team truly make it feel like home.

Units Pictured Do Not Exists

1. The units pictured don’t actually exist. Their leasing office is likely the only part of their building that was updated. When I toured I was told that they working to update more units, but couldn’t even show me pictures of what those units look like. They said the unit in the listing is a model of what it could potentially look like.
2. The prices here don’t match what they will quote you in person. When I asked about that, they shifted blame to the previous management company, despite... holding tenure for 2+ years
3. They also blame the former owners for the state of the hallways, which are in really bad shape. Molding has been torn off and left, the carpet is almost non-existent. There was a shopping cart left in the hallway too- which tells me that the management company doesn’t care to keep the hallways clean for tours or their tenants.
4. They don’t have pet care, when I asked about it they said “that’s something we hope to have soon” so it shouldn’t be listed on their website.
5. Giving this 2 stars because the amount of space for the price is good for the neighborhood, parking is included and tenant only pay electricity. Would not recommend based on misleading listing and misinformation provided by their management team.
