Lovely apartment!

If I could have moved out of state with my apartment, I would have! I lived here for 2 years, and it was the best part of living in University Heights for me. Any maintenance issues were dealt with promptly, and I appreciated having the locker system for packages so I could pick up my packages however late I got home. I was lucky to have found this apartment complex!

Very happy

Since we have lived here, we have been extremely happy with our apartment. More so the staff is a delight. The maintenance staff are personable and kind. When we had to something fixed in our apartment within 24 hours the maintenance gentleman came and fixed it. The office staff are always so pleasant. Additionally, improvements and/or regular building maintenance have been going on throughout the property since we have been here showing pride in the property and those who live here. Very... pleased with Huntington Green.

Most of team terrific

Having lived here over a decade, I keep renewing my lease due to value. Dan and his leasing team are absolutely terrific to deal with, and package delivery through the leasing office is a fantastic perk. These ladies work hard, but always with a smile.
Debbie in maintanence administration is also a pleasure-always polite, and manager Russ and his team, although sometimes seeming inconvenienced and leaving a bit of a mess upon completion, always show up on time. Satisfaction surveys seem to have... disappeared.
There have been continuous improvements each year, from cosmetic to security.
MOST annoying and frustrating-Laundry Machines ALWAYS BREAK-repairman probably gets paid per stop. Ask about prices per load!! HG must have a lousy contract with them. I take my laundry to Speedcycle in Mayfield, drop it off -10lb minimum (easy to do), and pick it up later that day. I don't work there.
The good, the bad, and the ugly. I will probably renew lease again, to the delight of the maintenance guys. lol

Very satisfied

I have lived in Huntington Green for 2 years. It is not perfect but I am very satisfied. Management staff are pleasant. Maintenance has been responsive when needed. Most neighbors are friendly.

The proximity to shopping and medical services makes the small things barely noticeable. I'd recommend Huntington Green in a heartbeat.
