AC has constantly went out since living here. They always say it needs Freon and then leave. Then it may work for a month or so and go out again. My A/C has been out now for over a week and my 1 year old daughter is sweating in her sleep with a fan on. When I call and ask on the status of the repair. They say they’ll ask maintenance and get back to me.
Wouldn’t move here and I’m leaving once my lease is over.

Look for a Different Apartment Managed Poorly
I swapped my renters insurance and was charged extra a couple of months because they thought I didn't have it. When I went to show proof of insurance they said they could waive the current month and not the past ones. When I ask why the Property manager said it was because she called multiple times but I never received a call. As I was walking out she was arguing with me and all I said was "you didn't call me" angrily twice and she followed me out and she said "I wont be waiving this... months charge." Way to be petty. Look for a different apartment.

DON'T MOVE HERE
FAKE google reviews. The new manager Jess is so rude and doesn't care. Unfixed issues, roaches, horrible communication, pool broken ALL the time, dirty property. Cars get broken in to!
