extensive charges
They do not take of their residents. i called several times to talk to them about my apartments. My apartments screwed me over badly by charging over 600 to my account because i moved out in June and my lease was up on July 31st. Rent had been paid in full 3 months in advance. I moved out in June and turned my electricity off at the apartment. I put my thirty days in July 3rd and my keys were brought in a week later, they decided they wanted to go ahead and charge me 500 for having my... electricity turned off even though i was completely out of the apartment. 500 wasn't just the only thing they charged me on. This is how they treat good tenants. The prairie springs complex had gun shots going on, no parking ever, never fixed anything, music blaring for hours on end, people from the complex next to ours were causing problems left and right, so i decided to move out a month early and i ensured all bills were paid prior to moving out. they are literally the worst company ever, they screw their tenants over. From what i've heard they have done this for several people. I do know of another person who left right before their lease was up and they charged them for a ton of stuff as well. They are money hungry they dont care at all about their tenants.
