Worth it if you have to be there.
I lived there for 3&1/2 years, to get through school.
Maintenance is always quick, however they don’t always fix the issue. I had my hot water heater bust and had the carpet pulled up for over a week because they couldn’t fix it right. Couldn’t shower at home because the apartment above me had a leak and the popcorn ceiling would fall into my tub. They told me it was just a painters job as I tried to explain to them it was a leak because it hadn’t always been there. Took me calling about the... same problem three times for them to actually look into it. And fixed the leak days later. I had to have mold tests done every month because of the smell and how often I got sick. Always negative but never figured out what it was. Since moving out I haven’t had an issue. They never fixed the things like cabinets they were loose or scuffed from the day I moved in. Office management has turned over in the time I’ve been there and while the office workers are nice, they try to sugar coat things so it doesn’t seem as intense as needed. For example, when I told them I wasn’t renewing my lease and I was asked why, I explained these incidents and that nothing has ever been done to be fixed. She wrote, “personal” as the reason I was leaving. Not professional or true. It just wasn’t worth the fight anymore.
