There’s also an extra closet for your use. Large furniture can’t be moved into the apartment - the entry is through a narrow hallway.

Month to month. All utilities, internet, EV charging and laundry are included in the rent. This assumes normal usage on your part.

Dishwasher, garbage disposal, central air conditioning and heating are included.

One month’s rent ($1,250) for security/cleaning deposit, payable in 3 installments over the first 3 months ($450 first month, $400 second month, $400 third month.) $45 background check fee (includes criminal, evictions and NSF checks.). Proof of income is required.

Move-in cost (first month plus part of deposit) is $1,700.

About us: I’m the homeowner, a retired lady. I like to garden, read, and spend time with my dog. The other renter, a young man, has a dog as well. Both of us are rather quiet - a little introverted, not very talkative. Looking for someone with a similar personality.
