One month’s rent ($1,250) for security/cleaning deposit, payable in 3 installments over the first 3 months ($450 first month, $400 second month, $400 third month.) $45 background check fee (includes criminal, evictions and NSF checks.). Proof of income is required.
Move-in cost (first month plus part of deposit) is $1,700.
